Clients who arrive late, will be charged for a full session, and will NOT receive a time extension.

For first time appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out intake forms. For all other appointment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to you appointment time. All massage appointmement will include a 5 minute consultation before and after the massage. For example a 60 minute massage appointment will include 50 minutes of hands-on time with a 5 minute consultation before and after the massage. A 90 minute massage appointment will include 80 minutes of hands on time, etc.
cANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If we do not receive at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, this will result in being billed 50% of your total. No Call/No Show will be billed 100% of total.
After the third cancellation, you will no longer be able to book an appointment, unless you reschedule your appointment for another day and time. We have the right to refuse service for any reason, at any time.
tIPPING
Although not mandatory, tipping is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
